Happy Halloween everyone!
After an entire month of Inktobering I figured that a great way to finish things off would be with some digital art.
This piece is one that I've made for a Smashoween art jam for
. Basically, each artist had to pick a character to draw in their Halloween attire.
I, being one of those people that thinks they're fucking funny, chose Bayonetta and drew her dressed as a witch. Go figure.
My subpar sense of humor aside, I fucking love Bayonetta and have been meaning to draw her FOREVER. I've got at least 2 other art pieces featuring her stashed away deep in my PC that have been too daunting to approach. I have this thing that whenever I love a character as much as I love my BAEonetta, I tend to really want to do them as much justice as possible - which leads to me getting frustrated with my lack of skill and ulitmately results in me dropping the project out of self loathing. Because of this, I was pretty happy that this piece at least managed to come out looking acceptable by the time I decided I was sick of my own shit. Bless.
Anyways, to everyone still reading up until this point, stay safe tonight and don't spoop your pants because that's gross.
